Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Epic Resolute Professional Billing module.
• Analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and configure system enhancements.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Lead or assist with Epic upgrades, testing, and go-lives.
• Maintain documentation and provide end-user training and support.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience with Epic Resolute Professional Billing.
• 2+ years in healthcare IT preferred.
• Proficiency in Epic configuration, Microsoft Office, and project methodologies.
• Epic Certificationin Resolute Professional Billing required.
• Additional Epic certifications a plus.
