NoGigiddy is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Entry-Level Account Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Account Coordination: Assist in coordinating client accounts, including setting up new accounts, managing renewals, and updating client information.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve client issues proactively to ensure a positive experience.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and service improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to fulfill client needs.
- Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients by providing essential resources and information.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and relay client feedback to continuously improve our services.
