Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our RTX Corporate team as a Senior Analyst, Logistics Data Analytics. In this role, you will define, collect, and analyze logistics data to support business intelligence and decision-making across the logistics domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Data definitions and collection: Define master data and transportation data standards; collect business requirements and intelligence from stakeholders.
- Data cleansing and validation: Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of logistics data; develop data quality standards and procedures.
- Data repository development: Design and develop scalable and secure data repositories to manage logistics data.
- Data analysis and modeling: Conduct comprehensive analyses and modeling using statistical methods to extract actionable insights.
- Integration of analysis results: Incorporate analysis findings into logistics processes and effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support ad hoc requests: Address immediate data and analysis requests with timely and accurate insights.
Required Qualifications
- A Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in logistics data analytics, including freight transportation.
- Proven experience in data cleansing, validation, and harmonization of large data sets.
- Participation in system implementation projects from conception to post-implementation governance.
- Familiarity with file transfer protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in project management and change management.
- Knowledge of databases, data management, and business intelligence.
- Familiarity with data analysis and modeling tools.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements, information technology, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Experience in architecture and data analytics within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization.
