QA/BA Jr. Tester Analyst (Training & Placement)

Position Overview

We are actively seeking an Entry level QA/BA Analyst to join our team and support software implementation projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, document and communicate system and business processes.
• Play an instrumental role in software implementation project teams throughout the project life cycle.
• Facilitate and validate the development of system solutions to satisfy customer business needs.
• Conduct software presentations and provide technical support to existing and prospective customers.
• Implement and provide input for test plans.
• Design and create test cases and scenarios for software testing.
• Perform functional and regression testing while tracking new developments.
• Use bug tracking software to monitor and report issues.
• Produce evaluated test reports and participate in software walkthroughs.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to understand and document customer business requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, with strict attention to detail.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and navigate software implementation methodologies.
• Quick learner with a strong work ethic.
• Working knowledge of sophisticated business applications and relational databases.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in developing enterprise software Statements of Work.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business, Science, Health Care, Banking, or Economics.
• Willingness to attend late afternoon or evening web meetings with multinational project teams.
• Basic SQL skills and experience with automated testing tools.
• Familiarity with database concepts and defect tracking tools.
• Ability to understand QA processes and thrive in a software environment.
