This is a hybrid position. Work from home status is only granted if criteria is met, and upon completion of 1 week of in-office onboarding/training.

A full-service contact center in Fort Lauderdale provides inbound and outbound support crucial to managing customer expectations throughout each project.
About the role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you will treat every customer with the utmost courtesy while maintaining a positive outlook on every call. Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with agility
- Book appointments with a high degree of data accuracy
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed
- Explain procedures, answer questions, and provide accurate information to clients
