Material Handler

Position Overview

As a Material Handler in our Solutions division, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of picking, receiving, inventory cycle counting, and returns. Location: USA - Henderson, Bermuda Rd.Schedule: Full Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipping – Physically pick, package, and label orders of fragile electronics material as requested by customers, and deliver the picked material to the appropriate drop point.
• Receiving – Physically receive shipments, perform quality audits, and put away products within defined SLA expectations.
• Returns – Process RMAs for re-inventory, scrap, and re-shipment.
• Inventory – Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials in stock while recording their locations and researching historical transaction data.
• Locate materials and supplies by verifying production orders and ensuring accurate retrieval.
• Maintain in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
• Document materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and their locations.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing the product.
• Maintain material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections and performing necessary repairs.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed, ensuring all essential functions are performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Required Qualifications

• Intermediate level position.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience Required: Must be forklift certified and have 1-3 years’ experience in a warehouse distribution environment.
• Qualifications: Solid communication skills and proficiency in email, Excel, SAP, and WMS systems.
