Position Overview
Brookfield’s Global Client Group is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and execute digital marketing initiatives. This role will drive brand awareness, generate leads, and engage target audiences through strategic planning and collaboration across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a digital strategy and roadmap for institutional audiences, including UX and journey mapping.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a digital customer acquisition funnel and lead generation strategy.
- Oversee the management and execution of digital marketing initiatives across websites, portals, email, social media, and digital paid media.
- Standardize and execute email campaigns—including promotional blasts, drip, newsletters, and retention campaigns—while optimizing performance through A/B testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize list generation, website content, and campaign landing pages while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, etc.) and provide data-driven insights to improve ROI.
- Lead digital marketing resources, manage budgets, and communicate effectively with business, creative, and sales partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital and email marketing roles.
- Proven experience managing digital campaigns across multiple channels and content distributions.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Cvent, and Seismic.
- Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS and digital marketing best practices.
- Strong understanding of email best practices including deliverability, spam compliance, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.

- Compensation: Competitive base salary in the range of $180,000 - $200,000 plus a short-term incentive program (cash bonus), determined by experience, industry, and market conditions.
