Position Overview

Become a part-time HP PC Sales Representative! As a Premium PC Sales Specialist at 2020 Companies, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a classy and stylish manner while showcasing premium HP PC products and accessories. You will leverage AI technology training to bring innovative features to life, build strong relationships with store associates, and drive revenue growth in a competitive retail environment. Salary: $19.00 per hour based on location and experience Schedule: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (Up to 14 Hours Per Week) Location: Best Buy 499 - Oakland, CA 94608.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories in a retail store environment.
  • Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience.
  • Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services, with an emphasis on PC innovation.
  • Maintain merchandising standards to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness.
  • Sell products and services across retail, kiosk, or event settings while meeting or exceeding personal sales goals.
  • Accurately document and report sales activity, competitive insights, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure that workstations or kiosks remain organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers, colleagues, and retail partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Have an outgoing personality with a strong eagerness to learn and engage with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct hands-on product demonstrations and overcome objections during the selling process.
  • Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Experience in training or demonstrating products is advantageous.
  • Experience Required: 1-year job experience required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Impeccable integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
