This role supports the complete loan processing cycle for both consumer and business clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and providing an excellent borrower experience. Key Responsibilities

Consumer Loan Processing:

• Review and process loan applications for auto loans, personal loans, credit lines, and other consumer lending products.
• Verify applicant information including income, employment, credit reports, and debt obligations.
• Ensure loan files are complete and compliant with federal and institutional requirements.
• Coordinate with underwriters, borrowers, and loan officers to resolve documentation issues.
• Prepare loan closing documentation and assist with disbursement of funds.

Business Loan Processing:

• Process a variety of commercial loan products including term loans, lines of credit, SBA loans, and equipment financing.
• Analyze business financial statements, tax returns, bank statements, and organizational documents.
• Verify collateral, guarantor, and business ownership documentation.
• Assist in assembling loan packages for underwriting and closing.
• Monitor loan conditions, covenants, and post-closing document collection.
• Ensure all business loan transactions comply with regulatory, underwriting, and audit requirements.
