You will assist with a broad range of needs including inquiries on account balances, withdrawals, fund transfers, and resource direction. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding their account balances, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Participate in training to develop skills necessary for a Financial Customer Associate role.
  • Engage in team activities and well-being support during work hours.
  • Work collaboratively with a cohort of associates to enhance customer service skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships through effective communication.
  • Strong listening skills and compassion to support diverse customer challenges.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to succeed in various work environments.
  • Self-motivated teammate with strong social skills.
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute and pass a standard English grammar test.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or call center environments.
  • Familiarity with financial products and services.
