Position Overview

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of essential systems within our hotels. Your expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, commercial appliances, and carpentry directly enhances the comfort and overall experience of our Guests and Cast Members. This role requires night shifts and the flexibility to work Sunday through Saturday, including holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal performance of essential systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, commercial appliances, and carpentry.
  • Enhance the comfort and overall experience for Guests and Cast Members.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on various equipment, including boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and electrical systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel or resort maintenance.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools.
  • Familiarity with energy management systems and CMMS software.
  • Experience performing preventative maintenance on various equipment.
  • Certification: EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
