Position Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of brand and digital marketing for a growing, design-driven DTC brand. This role is ideal for a strategic and creative marketer who loves being hands-on, someone who can think big picture, guide brand direction, and translate strategy into execution through internal teams and agency partners. You’ll work closely with ownership, play a key role in shaping what comes next, and be deeply embedded in the day-to-day growth of the business.
This is an in-office role based near Southwest Austin and is best suited for someone who enjoys collaboration, creative leadership, and being fully present with their team.
Key Responsibilities
- • Responsibilities: Own and lead the overall digital marketing and brand strategy, aligning creative vision with business goals
- • Responsibilities: Serve as the primary marketing leader, partnering closely with ownership on direction, priorities, and execution
- • Responsibilities: Guide and manage agency partners across paid media, creative, and performance marketing
- • Responsibilities: Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, campaigns, and customer experiences
- • Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with social, creative, and content partners to shape brand storytelling and visual direction
- • Responsibilities: Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable strategy
- • Responsibilities: Participate in and help lead photoshoots and brand initiatives to ensure creative alignment
- • Responsibilities: Build a collaborative, accountable, and team-first marketing culture
- • Responsibilities: Continuously refine and elevate the brand as the business grows and evolves
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or growth marketing, ideally within DTC or consumer brands
- Proven ability to own marketing strategy while guiding execution through agencies and internal partners
- Strong brand sensibility with an eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and cohesive visual identity
- Experience with rebranding or brand evolution initiatives
- Comfortable balancing creative vision with performance, data, and revenue goals
- Confident communicator who can clearly articulate strategy, expectations, and results
- Highly organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable operating with autonomy
- Willingness to travel for brand initiatives such as photo shoots
- Portfolio or examples of past brand, digital, or campaign work required
