Position Overview
Our client, a rapidly growing e-commerce brand, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead their online marketing efforts from Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US. This strategic role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns designed to drive traffic, engagement, and sales. You will oversee all aspects of digital marketing—including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising (PPC)—set marketing goals, develop strategies, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. Additionally, you will manage the digital marketing budget, optimize campaigns for ROI, and identify new growth opportunities, while collaborating with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness. Staying current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing is critical, as is conducting A/B tests and executing content strategies aligned with SEO best practices.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with SEO best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus.
- Experience Required: 5-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on e-commerce and performance marketing.
- Qualifications: Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), expertise in SEO, strong analytical skills, and excellent project management and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
