As a Loan Matching Specialist, you will speak with consumers to understand their financial needs, explain our process, and connect them with the optimal solution—all while enjoying uncapped income potential in a fun, dynamic, and supportive company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from consumers seeking personal loans or other financial solutions
- Execute an efficient, transactional sales process
- Manage your personal pipeline and articulate progress towards key sales goals
- Utilize the CRM system effectively by ensuring all information is thorough and accurate
- Follow organizational standards to maintain exceptional service quality and guarantee consumer satisfaction
- Encourage and support fellow sales representatives while maintaining a positive mindset
- Ensure accuracy in matching and transferring consumers to the proper financial product to meet or exceed monthly performance indicators
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, customer service, or a related service industry
- Proven track record of consistently over-achieving in sales metrics
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook and possessing basic computer skills
- Highly self-motivated with a “whatever it takes” attitude
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high motivation levels
- History of success in a fast-paced sales environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding time management skills
- Willingness to embrace change and adapt to meet monthly targets
