Position Overview

At InnoVision Marketing Group (IMG), proudly known as The Anti-Agency®, we are a full-service marketing and advertising agency headquartered in San Diego and one of the region’s largest organizations of its kind. We are consistently looking for strong, entry-level talent to join our team. This posting represents multiple entry-level roles across areas such as operations, traffic, public relations, account services, and social media. Location: San Diego, CA | In-Office

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.64 (Final compensation will be determined in a formal offer)

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within your assigned department
• Assist with coordination, scheduling, documentation, and execution
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
• Manage tasks, deadlines, and details accurately
• Learn IMG systems, standards, and workflows

Required Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates or early-career professionals; relevant internship, coursework, or professional experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear, professional interaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment
