Position Overview
Epic is seeking a software developer to build innovative software that improves patient care for 325 million patients around the world. In this role, you will work in a modern office setting alongside thousands of talented developers, using modern development methodologies, user-centered design, analytics, and machine learning tools to reduce medical errors and streamline record sharing between hospitals. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation (with financial relocation assistance provided).
Key Responsibilities
- Write software that makes a direct impact on improving patient care and safety.
- Utilize modern development methodologies with leading technologies such as JS, TS, and C#.
- Collaborate with high-caliber teams to innovate solutions that reduce medical errors and streamline hospital record sharing.
- Develop software for some of the most innovative health systems including top-ranked institutions.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA or greater in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- A history of academic excellence or professional success.
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (applicants eligible for TN status under NAFTA may apply).
- COVID-19 vaccination.
