Job Description

Position Overview

We are partnering with a global leader in digital commerce for cultural and live entertainment experiences. The Senior Marketing Manager will take full ownership of acquisition, performance marketing, and onsite optimization for the New York market, driving customer acquisition and market growth through innovative, data-driven strategies and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite in the Greater New York City area.

Compensation

Salary range: $120,000–$140,000 annually (final compensation determined during the interview process).

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the growth marketing strategy across paid, owned, and onsite channels to drive customer acquisition.
  • Analyze audience gaps and build data-backed marketing plans; test, iterate, and report on performance.
  • Leverage customer insights and commercial priorities to determine what to promote, where, and when.
  • Lead onsite merchandising efforts for major conversion moments such as product launches, creative updates, and promotions.
  • Identify and test new growth surfaces, including emerging digital platforms and out-of-home opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, creative, paid media, and commercial teams to shape impactful, locally-informed campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years in growth, performance, or e-commerce marketing across multi-product environments.
  • Strong experience collaborating with paid media teams (e.g., paid search, paid social, connected TV).
  • Fluency in performance channels: paid social, paid search, display, and affiliate.
  • Experience in onsite conversion optimization, including merchandising and promotional planning.
  • Solid analytical skills and comfort working with data in a test-and-learn environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High adaptability and a strong sense of ownership in fast-paced environments.
  • A passion for culture, entertainment, or the arts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in ticketing, live entertainment, or two-sided marketplaces.
