Job Description

Position Overview

Innovapptive, a global leader in industrial connected worker solutions, is seeking a Senior Account Executive who will drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and managing disciplined sales cycles. This role is based in the Location: USA (Remote) market and offers a competitive Compensation: Base Salary, Bonus, 401k, Medical, etc. The successful candidate will leverage cross-functional collaboration and robust sales strategies to bring cutting-edge digital solutions to asset intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Mining, Utilities, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Have a hunter-mentality and lead the consultative sales cycle into enterprise accounts across asset intensive and manufacturing industries.
  • Execute a disciplined sales cycle by qualifying new leads through understanding goals, plans, challenges, timelines, budgets, and authority.
  • Develop personalized sales presentations and tailored pricing proposals that highlight business value and solution differentiation.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to demonstrate the business solution’s value, ensuring effective internal alignment.
  • Build an organizational map of key stakeholders and translate this insight into strategic account plans.
  • Support the preparation of project proposals, including Statements of Work and Request for Proposals, with clear executive summaries.
  • Organize and lead high-impact web and onsite meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Attend seminars and trade shows as required and utilize CRM (Salesforce) daily to track leads, accounts, and activities.
  • Communicate market feedback to sales, marketing, professional services, and product development teams.
  • Maintain strong company-client relationships and demonstrate a “can do” and resourceful mindset.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 7+ years of professional consultative sales experience selling SAAS solutions to business stakeholders in supply chain and/or maintenance organizations.
  • Proven expertise in sales process/methodology with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Ability to understand complex business challenges and lead intelligent solution conversations.
  • Understanding of digital transformation objectives in EAM/SCM, including knowledge of business KPIs.
  • Working knowledge of SAP solutions in ERP (including IM, WM, EWM, PM, among others).
  • Strong self-motivation, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An advanced degree is considered a plus.
