Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join our PMO team. In this role you will oversee multiple IT service engagements and manage projects focusing on Salesforce and adjacent technologies. You will work with international clients and cross-cultural teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality, all while driving operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and adjacent technology projects facing our client and their teams.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to develop comprehensive project plans covering budget, scope, staffing, risks, and communication.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and meetings, including Scrum, SoS, or SAFe sessions.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to the steering committee.
  • Negotiate and implement project or delivery plan changes based on stakeholder inputs.
  • Manage project budgets to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Adhere to the company's PMO and CoE guidance, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in in-person client meetings during business trips in the EU and US as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2.5 years of project management experience within the Software Development/IT industry.
  • Proven experience managing IT delivery projects with international (US, UK, EU) clients and diverse, cross-cultural teams.
  • Strong understanding of project management practices including schedule, budget, scope, and change management.
  • Solid knowledge of software development life cycles and agile methodologies such as Scrum (including Scrum at Scale, SAFe, or LeSS).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage at least two projects concurrently with teams of up to 20 people.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with visual collaboration tools like Mural, Miro, or Whiteboard.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency, including the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platform implementations.
  • Understanding of cloud computing platforms and services.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience using ServiceNow.
