Position Overview

Gupta Media was founded over 25 years ago on the idea that advertising could create huge leverage in our clients' businesses. Our early work focused on the entertainment industry – live events and recorded music – and over time we have dramatically grown our portfolio to include big consumer brands, sports teams, and a global client base. Gupta Media is seeking a Visual Designer who is excited to connect with audiences across multiple visual mediums including digital ad campaigns, OOH, web, events, motion/video, print, social, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute compelling visual designs across a variety of mediums including digital, print, OOH, and social media.
• Collaborate with internal teams to carry projects from concept to completion, ensuring creative ideas are effectively communicated and executed.
• Present design concepts to both internal and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: A related 4-year degree.
• Experience Required: 2+ years of agency experience.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to extend visual ideas across different mediums.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present creative concepts effectively.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Must be authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bonus points for video editing skills using After Effects.

• Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 base salary per year plus eligibility for an annual bonus, based on company performance.
