Gupta Media was founded over 25 years ago on the idea that advertising could create huge leverage in our clients' businesses. Gupta Media is seeking a Visual Designer who is excited to connect with audiences across multiple visual mediums including digital ad campaigns, OOH, web, events, motion/video, print, social, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute compelling visual designs across a variety of mediums including digital, print, OOH, and social media.
- Collaborate with internal teams to carry projects from concept to completion, ensuring creative ideas are effectively communicated and executed.
- Present design concepts to both internal and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: A related 4-year degree.
- Experience Required: 2+ years of agency experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to extend visual ideas across different mediums.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present creative concepts effectively.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Must be authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bonus points for video editing skills using After Effects.

- Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 base salary per year plus eligibility for an annual bonus, based on company performance.
