This is an opportunity for

a recent college graduate, someone a few years into their sales career, or someone shifting into sales from another field who brings the right mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Show up each day with the attitude and energy to grow, learn, and contribute
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to create new business opportunities and start meaningful conversations
  • Set virtual and onsite meetings with decision makers at businesses of all sizes, from local operations to national brands
  • Learn how to qualify leads, build relationships, and support long-term sales strategies
  • Stay organized and accountable using CRM and other tools
  • Represent AGI professionally at client meetings and national industry events once prepared
  • When appropriate and fully prepared, take ownership of client-facing travel, business lunches and dinners, and relationship development activities

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, athletics, or leadership
  • Strong verbal communication and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
