Position Overview
A Leader in the Transportation and Logistics Industry is seeking a full-time Shipping & Logistics Coordinator - Customer Service Rep. The candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Compensation: From $20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Route shipments with truckload and LTL partners
- Dispatch pickups and deliveries to company drivers
- Quote customer shipments and negotiate with carriers
- Track & trace customer shipments
- File and prepare bills of ladings, organize documents and assist co-workers with overall operations processes
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel
- Experience in Transportation and Logistics
- Positive attitude and excellent work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Government shipments
- Experience with Bills of Lading (BOL's)
