Job Description

Position Overview

A Leader in the Transportation and Logistics Industry is seeking a full-time Shipping & Logistics Coordinator - Customer Service Rep. The candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Compensation: From $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Route shipments with truckload and LTL partners
  • Dispatch pickups and deliveries to company drivers
  • Quote customer shipments and negotiate with carriers
  • Track & trace customer shipments
  • File and prepare bills of ladings, organize documents and assist co-workers with overall operations processes

Required Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in Transportation and Logistics
  • Positive attitude and excellent work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Government shipments
  • Experience with Bills of Lading (BOL's)
