Position Overview

KM Partners is an entrepreneurial National Retained Executive Search and Professional Recruitment Firm with a strong, fun, results-driven culture and remarkable year-over-year growth. Focused on high-growth, impact-investment–oriented businesses and supported by long-term client relationships, the firm offers a performance-based opportunity for professionals to serve as Executive Search Consultants. In this role, you will source and recruit top industry talent while benefiting from mentorship-style leadership and an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of KM Partners’ value proposition and key differentiators.
  • Research, source, and recruit high-quality, industry-specific professionals across the US via cold-calling, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Conduct introductory and comprehensive interview evaluations, create dynamic candidate profiles, and match candidates with client needs.
  • Manage your own client engagements, continuously refine recruiting strategies, and utilize feedback to enhance the client experience.
  • Use and document activities in recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Bullhorn, etc.) and maintain high productivity with a client-focused approach.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience with a proven record in professional-level recruiting.
  • Strong telephone marketing, communication, and interpersonal skills with excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency with MS Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Zoom Info, and Bullhorn.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work with meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for high-growth or impact-investment–oriented companies.
  • Prior success in consultative, value-add professional search engagements.
  • Familiarity with ESG principles and a consultative approach to executive recruitment.
