Position Overview

Shopbop is seeking a dynamic and innovative Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our experiential and content-driven influencer initiatives. This role will spearhead the strategy and execution of high-impact influencer events, content campaigns, and strategic partnerships that drive brand awareness and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a versatile marketing strategist with a strong background in experiential marketing and partnership management. They should excel at conceptualizing and executing a wide range of influencer engagements—from digital content collaborations and social media campaigns to in-person events of various scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage an extensive calendar of influencer events, including seasonal moments, collection launches, and brand partnerships.
  • Create innovative content campaign concepts that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Build and nurture relationships with priority influencer partners through personalized engagement and VIP experiences.
  • Oversee event budgets, vendor relationships, and execution logistics while measuring ROI.
  • Implement automated marketing programs including targeted communications, educational resources, and engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze program performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Identify emerging influencer talent and platforms to expand Shopbop's reach.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Proven ability in building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
  • Experience with systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, and reporting for demand generation.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation:Base pay ranges from $72,600/year in the lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in the highest geographic market. Pay is based on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Total Compensation Package:Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided.
