Position Overview
GNO Partners, founded by Gal and Ouriel, is a consulting firm that helps Amazon FBA sellers scale their businesses using proven systems and strategies. We are looking for a B2B High-Ticket Sales Closer with relentless energy and a proven track record in closing high-ticket deals. This full-time, remote role demands a competitive spirit and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment while working with high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Take scheduled sales calls set by our team to engage leads, qualify prospects, and close deals—or schedule a brand analysis call when needed.
- Lead Brand Analysis Presentations to identify growth opportunities and demonstrate value.
- Close deals by converting prospects into clients through effective communication of our services.
- Set additional calls and work leads during unscheduled hours to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage the CRM (Pipedrive) to log interactions, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Complete daily KPI reports, attend team meetings (including morning huddles via Zoom), and execute necessary administrative tasks.
- Achieve key outcomes/KPIs including a minimum of $52,500 in new business revenue monthly, 15 DWY Program offers, and a 30% minimum live call closing ratio.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B high-ticket sales, ideally within e-commerce or Amazon agency environments.
- 1+ years of Amazon FBA experience (PPC, Brand Management, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets while closing high-ticket deals.
- High energy, an outgoing personality, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and a competitive spirit in a dynamic, high-performance role.

- Competitive Compensation:Total OTE of$150,000-250,000including a base salary around$70,000-$80,000plus performance-based commissions. Base/Draw is $6K-$7K/m, with commission on front-end units and bonus opportunities based on performance.
