In your role as our Cybersecurity Manager, you will leverage your hands-on experience and deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and processes to supervise and advance our cybersecurity function. Your leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills will be essential in guiding a high-performing team and ensuring robust security operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Security Operations Center (SOC) and ensure a robust incident response lifecycle including detection, containment, eradication, and recovery.
- Utilize SIEM tools and manage the full Vulnerability Management lifecycle with scanning tools like Nessus, Qualys, or Rapid7.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments and implement security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
- Implement and oversee Insider Threat programs, coordinating with HR, Legal, and Counterintelligence while monitoring behavioral indicators and technical controls.
- Develop and enforce role-based Security Awareness Training programs to enhance the organization’s security posture.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the cybersecurity team, maintaining performance, morale, and resiliency during high-stress periods.
- Devise and execute a multi-year security roadmap that aligns with the organization’s business objectives and risk tolerance.
- Act as the Incident Leader during major security incidents, managing cross-functional communication and driving continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in cybersecurity, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
- Compensation: Base salary range is $98,830 - $192,710, based on duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications, and experience.
