Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve their inquiries and concerns.
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues as they arise.
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or process payments as needed.
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Provide feedback on call issues to help refine processes.
- Upsell services when required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred).
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Comfort with using a desktop computer system.
- Proven oral and written communication skills.
- Strong logical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
- Excellent organizational and work prioritization skills.
- Work from Home Requirements:
- Minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps or higher.
- Minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps or higher.
- ISP must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
- Proof of internet speed is required.
- A clean and quiet workspace is necessary.
