Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Loan Officers in FAIRFAX, VA. Whether you choose a Part-Time or Full-Time schedule, this entry-level opportunity lets you kick-start your career in the mortgage industry. Key Responsibilities

• Learn to originate and guide clients through the mortgage loan process
• Build relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners
• Provide exceptional support to homebuyers from application to closing
• Work closely with our experienced team to gain hands-on industry knowledge
• Achieve production goals with support and mentorship

Required Qualifications

• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with effective time management abilities
• Active NMLS license
