Key Responsibilities

• Execute turnkey projects and deliver innovative IT solutions.
• Source and deploy top IT talent to meet client requirements.
• Customize development processes based on client-specific IT goals.
• Provide robust upskill programs and career advancement opportunities.
• Ensure data confidentiality by adhering to state-of-the-art encryption and security protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
• For Software Programmer roles: Proficiency in Java, Core Java, JavaScript, C++, Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, and REST APIs.
• For Data Science/Machine Learning roles: Familiarity with Statistics, SAS, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools.
• Demonstrated project experience and a solid understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and technically inquisitive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NLP and text mining.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
• Knowledge of time series analysis or Tensorflow is a plus.
