Sales Representative | Entry Level

Position Overview

Corporate Concepts, located in New York on the NY/CT state borders, has been a leading partner in the telecom and entertainment industries for almost a decade. As we continue to grow rapidly—with plans to open three new offices within the next year—we are looking for an Entry Level Sales Representative ready to grow into a leadership role long-term. In this role, you will meet and engage with both existing and potential customers in a retail setting or in-person at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize an effective and efficient sales system with our CRM, Salesforce
• Participate in an extensive training and development program
• Meet with customers in-person to discuss their telecom and entertainment needs
• Focus on customer retention and customer acquisition through face-to-face meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service roles (e.g., restaurant, retail, sales, business development)
• Ability to adapt in different situations
• People-oriented, team-oriented, and solution-oriented mindset
