Job Description
Position Overview
TRS Workforce Solutions is searching for a Sales & Marketing Assistant for their expanding operations in Houston!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation – Identify, research, and qualify potential clients within target markets. Utilize various tools and platforms (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media) to generate leads.
- Outreach – Utilize marketing strategies for reaching new prospective clients across multiple industries.
- Qualification – Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process while gathering relevant information for a good fit with our services.
- Market Intelligence – Track market trends, project activity, competition, and industry developments; attend networking events and conferences utilizing industry databases such as EIC and IIR (or similar) and provide feedback to refine our approach.
- Reporting – Develop and present regular reports on lead generation, market trends, and campaign performance to the sales teams.
- CRM Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all marketing interactions and activities in the CRM systems using data analytics to optimize follow-up strategies.
- Collaboration – Work closely with business development and marketing teams for North America.
- Achieve Targets – Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Appointment Setting – Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads and ensure a smooth handoff with necessary background information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least one year of proven experience in marketing, sales, data analysis, or a related role.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools including Salesforce, Bullhorn, EIC Data stream, and IIR market intelligence databases.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the work.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a time-conscious and efficient manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with outreach platforms such as Microsoft Outlook, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, WordPress, etc.
- Strong understanding of social media campaigning and building virtual communities.
- Background Check and Drug Screen Required
