Qualys is seeking an exceptional Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Americas Field Marketing Team. In this role, you will work closely with regional sales, product marketing, and campaigns teams to design and execute an integrated marketing plan that builds pipeline, drives revenue, and expands current accounts in the US Public Sector and Eastern Commercial regions. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, leverage innovative strategies, and establish strong relationships with sales organizations to fuel our growth. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Regional VPs to develop tailored marketing plans and campaigns that address immediate market and account needs.
- Create and execute targeted marketing programs—including field events, thought leadership initiatives, executive programs, tradeshows, industry associations, virtual roundtables, partner events, and content marketing—to drive new business and upsell opportunities.
- Drive strategic Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by setting priorities, developing campaigns, managing rollout, and analyzing insights for impact.
- Proactively engage with sales teams to coordinate and amplify marketing campaigns and field programs, including attending sales leadership meetings.
- Build program assets such as landing pages, registration forms, target lists, and comprehensive pre- and post-event communications to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor campaign and event documentation in Salesforce, ensuring that calendars, backup documents, purchase orders, and event costs are updated and compliant.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
- Experience in B2B software marketing, cybersecurity, and US public sector marketing.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns concurrently while communicating effectively from C-Level to practitioners.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, “can do” attitude.
- Experience in marketing reporting, dashboards, and KPIs with the aptitude to present data clearly and concisely.
- Experience attending sales calls and QBRs in a fast-paced, high-growth sales environment.
- Willingness to travel.
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000 per year (base salary; final amount based on skills, experience, and work location; excludes incentive compensation or equity grants).
