Position Overview

Account Manager | Entry Level. At NCA Inc, we work hard to develop an industry-leading team and sales force. We are currently interviewing for an Entry Level Account Manager who will meet with business owners one on one in a consultative approach, putting customer satisfaction first to secure the future for our clients. As Account Managers, the goal is to form long-term, trusting relationships while representing a large portfolio of clients and offering valuable insight to help customers make informed, strategic decisions for their businesses. This role is ideal for someone with retail, restaurant, hospitality, bartending, or customer relations experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers, in-person, in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Take the time to meet with customers one on one in a consultative approach.
  • Operate as the point of contact for your customer portfolio on behalf of various clients.
  • Generate sales among customer accounts.
  • Work with the team on sales goals and business development needs.
