Position Overview
Radio One Indianapolis is seeking a talented and dynamic Integrated Marketing Specialist to join the Sales team. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, this Full-time, Exempt role is based in Indianapolis, IN, and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment. At Radio One, we are dedicated to challenging the norm, developing innovative sales strategies, and building strong client relationships within a multi-platform urban media empire.
You will be responsible for business-to-business sales and the management of diverse accounts while aligning with our mission to be the most trusted media source in the African American community.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage business-to-business sales and oversee both large and small accounts.
- Prospect, cold call, and develop new sales opportunities.
- Develop client-focused sales plans to meet or exceed goals.
- Participate in team and market events, meetings, and collective efforts.
- Assist with client collection efforts when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in media.
- Highly motivated, creative, and goal-oriented with a proven track record of over-achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor and customer-focused approach.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Experience in prospecting, cold calling, web sales, and CRM usage.
- Familiarity with radio, digital, marketing, and advertising industries is a plus.
- Must pass a criminal background check and have the legal right to work in the United States.
