Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you will assist in planning, implementing, and optimizing engaging marketing strategies that drive lead generation and amplify brand awareness for a company powering interactive touchscreen recognition software for 1,000+ organizations (including the PGA Tour, Texas A&M, Dartmouth, Shell Oil, UC Berkeley, and more). Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies – Assist in the promotion of Rocket’s touchscreen Hall of Fame via email marketing, social media, and other channels.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert – Gain deep knowledge of our product and core customers, particularly high school and college athletic administrators.
- Lead Generation Efforts – Own frequent outreach campaigns using Hubspot (our CRM platform).
- Create Compelling Marketing Materials – Collaborate with various departments on blog posts, graphics, social content, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Trade Show Strategy – Manage and coordinate Rocket’s national, year-round schedule of trade shows and conferences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Some internship experience or prior full-time marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new processes and workflows.
- Effective, confident, and comfortable communicator.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Team player with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Must be able to commute at least three times per week.
