Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem PRN - $59.87 per hour

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collect information and assess a patient’s condition by taking vital signs and medical history, performing physical examinations, and analyzing laboratory tests.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan and coordinate patient care.
• Develop and implement patient care plans based on ongoing assessments and physician instructions.
• Administer medications and other treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in a patient's condition.
• Work with patients and family members to explain treatments and procedures.
• Advocate for the patient’s best interests and act as a communicator between the patient and the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and family members about health promotion and self-care management while offering emotional support.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and/or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Knowledge of nursing procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
