Urban Outfitters: Brand Marketing Intern

Position Overview

Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands‐on learning experience in the area of business they choose to pursue. For 10 weeks, interns will experience our unique culture and perks at our Home Office in the historic Philadelphia Navy Yard. Location: Philadelphia, PA.

The URBN 2023 Summer Internship Program runs from Schedule: 6/3 through 8/9. This paid internship offers intern-focused events including exposure to senior leadership in small group settings, off-site field trips, and for those qualified, a chance to interview for a full-time opportunity. Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing content by collaborating with merchandising and creative teams to ensure content and timing align with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to utilize user generated content in brand digital channels.
• Present opportunities for channel growth, testing, and the adoption of new strategies in marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Analyze and assess marketing efforts using data.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
• Understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Extremely well organized, methodical, and efficient.
• Innovative with a drive to bring ideas to the table.
• Self-motivated and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
