Entry Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee

Position Overview

We’re seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Recruiter/Sales Trainee to advance the careers of STEM professionals. In this role, you will build trusted relationships with our extensive network of engineering and sciences consultants – all without requiring previous industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs
• Sourcing qualified STEM professionals through various recruiting tools
• Screening potential consultants via interviews and reference checks to ensure alignment with their career goals
• Communicating work opportunities and preparing consultants for new roles
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with a network of STEM professionals
• Participating in a comprehensive training program and mentorship initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• A drive to excel in a performance-based environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus
