Job Description
Position Overview
This is a Full-Time Defense Readiness Review System (DRRS) Analyst On-site opportunity based in Arlington, VA with Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC). STI-TEC specializes in the delivery of professional business and information management services for government and commercial clients. In this role, the MCICOM G5 DRRS Analyst will provide program management support to the MCICOM DRRS Program, which offers COMMCICOM the framework, data, and systems necessary to understand and communicate regional and installation readiness levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Work to complete and obtain MCICOM leadership and CD&I's approval for revised Mission Essential Tasks (METs) and Mission Essential Task List (METL) based on the April 2024 conference, including coordination efforts, briefs, and meetings.
- Collaborate with HQ, regional, and installation staff to develop and coordinate measures—inclusive of equipment and personnel considerations—for revised METs and METLs, while updating policies, guidebooks, and training materials for the new approach (divorced from COLS) and obtaining required approvals for use in the DRRS system.
- Develop timelines, communications, and briefs, record meeting notes, and ensure follow-up actions for all aspects of MCICOM’s quarterly DRRS reporting, including preparing briefs for COMMCICOM, such as the Readiness Briefs to AC/S G-3/5, Regional Commanders, O-6 Readiness Board, Executive Readiness Board, Quarterly Readiness Board, and Institutional Readiness Board.
- Input MCICOM’s DRRS reports to PP&O with required reviews and assist in ensuring timely submission by MCICOM regions.
- Work with HQ Program leads and support MCICOM PPBE planning/programming efforts, as required, to align DRRS issues with other Command reporting efforts.
- Utilize COLS performance data as needed to provide detailed insights on DRRS issues.
- Update guidebooks, training, or policy for the MCICOM DRRS program in accordance with PP&O or CD&I readiness efforts, and deliver the necessary training.
- Track issues and areas for leadership advocacy; prepare for quarterly Working Groups (WG), O-6, Exec and Commandant Institutional Readiness Working Groups, as well as other PP&O-required readiness reports and products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Four to ten years of experience supporting similar tasks.

- At least two years of previous experience working with DRRS.
