Sales Manager - Relocation to DC Area

Position Overview

Wagner Roofing, an established roofing company based in Hyattsville, MD with over 100 years of award-winning craftsmanship in preserving iconic buildings, commercial institutions, and residential homes across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager. In this strategic role, you will drive revenue growth by leading our sales team, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to expand our customer base.
• Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team while providing guidance and setting performance expectations.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, manufacturers, general contractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Sales Process Optimization & Reporting: Streamline processes, implement best practices and tools, and track performance with data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (required)
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles with a proven track record of success
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
