Job Description

Position Overview

We’re seeking Customer Service Representatives who are eager to make a significant impact on the lives of millions. As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers – engaging with both existing and potential new customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with sales via our website and social media platforms. This is an entirely remote role with a preference for U.S.-based candidates.
Contract Duration: Indefinite Compensation: Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service through live chat by addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and facilitating sales.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent our brand standards in every customer interaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a reliable device with internet access to use social media and chat functionalities (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop).
  • Capable of working independently and following detailed instructions and procedures.
  • Available to work over 10 hours per week with a stable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • No previous customer service experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential.
  • Should be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
