Position Overview

Hexagon Geosystems, a global leader in digital solutions, is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team at Hexagon – Building Solutions Integrated (BSI). In this hybrid role (3-4 days/week in our Grapevine office), you will drive lead qualification, execute outbound prospecting, and build strategic contact lists to support Account-Based Marketing initiatives while contributing to our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate inbound leads for fit and readiness; route qualified leads to the appropriate sales teams.
  • Execute outbound campaigns to generate interest and uncover new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain targeted contact lists using tools like ZoomInfo, Barbour ABI, and Dodge Data & Analytics.
  • Create and manage email cadences using sales engagement platforms to nurture prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar sales/marketing role.
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo is preferred; a strong affinity for data is essential.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing sales cadence emails.
  • Comfortable working with CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
