Position Overview

IMMEDIATELY HIRING!!! – APPLY TODAY!!! Goodyear, the tire and auto service innovation leader, is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician for one of our nationwide Auto Service centers. In this role you will gain hands‐on experience performing basic automotive services while delivering outstanding guest service. We provide excellent training, fast track career advancement, and a fun, fast paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform basic automotive services including mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, filter replacements, and additional preventative maintenance.
  • Train with mid and senior level technicians to learn additional automotive services and repair techniques.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service through clear communication and prompt service.
  • Promote teamwork and adhere to company policies regarding vehicle care and operation.
  • Note: Shifts may vary by location and can include working 7 days a week, weekends, and some holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
  • Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
  • Commitment to learning new technologies and strictly following established safety policies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training.
