Senior Customer Success Engineer - DGX Cloud

Position Overview

NVIDIA’s DGX Cloud organization is seeking a Cloud Engineer to partner closely with internal teams and customers. In this role, you will work to understand customer workloads, provide guidance on cloud-based deployments, and help shape our platforms for success. Your expertise in compute, storage, and networking—as well as your familiarity with open source technologies, application portability, and AI/ML solutions—will be critical to driving innovative cloud strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple internal teams to understand workloads from both technology and business perspectives, providing guidance and actionable solutions.
• Advise partner teams on standard methodologies and implement best practices for cloud-based solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of NVIDIA’s varied verticals including autonomous vehicles, chip manufacturing, hardware design, and AI.
• Present roadmaps, visions, and demos to internal stakeholders and NVIDIA leadership.
• Advocate for customer needs by collaborating with Engineering, Product, Program, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Continuously bring the voice of the customer into every aspect of your work.

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience designing and building distributed systems and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to write code in languages such as Golang, Java, C, C++, Python, or Rust.
• Experience with Kubernetes and/or distributed task scheduling.
• Strong background in Infrastructure, Networking, Storage, and DevOps scripting/tooling.
• Experience deploying AI/ML workloads.
• Understanding of data storage technologies including databases, file, block, and blob.
• Ability to reach cross-functional consensus and demonstrate a strong bias toward action.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong background in the optimization of AI workloads.
• Knowledge of software interface design for less technical end-users.
• Effective and persuasive presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, coaching, and problem solving skills, with a keen sense for short- and long-term planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities to handle diverse situations.

• Compensation: Base salary range of 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD, determined by location, experience, and comparable positions.
