Supply Plan Analyst

Position Overview

The Supply Plan Analyst – CPG role is vital for ensuring production readiness and supply chain efficiency across our Consumer Packaged Goods portfolio. Based at our manufacturing location in Fort Worth, Texas, the role involves translating demand signals into executable production and supply plans while optimizing production capacity, inventory levels, and throughput efficiency. You will work closely with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Demand Planning teams. Key Responsibilities

• Demand & Volume Planning: Support SKU and customer volume planning for the CPG business. Incorporate forecasts for promotions and new launches into the supply plan.
• Production Capacity & Scheduling: Analyze production capacity versus demand. Assist with Master Production Schedule (MPS) planning and highlight risks or constraints.
• Thaw and Work-in-Progress Management: Calculate and streamline thaw and WIP timelines to improve production flow and reduce delays.
• Inventory & Service Level: Track inventory against OTB and WOS targets. Flag risks to customer fulfillment and recommend appropriate actions.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the liaison between Demand Planning and Production, supporting both new programs and ongoing replenishment while sharing production status updates and inventory levels with key teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of demand planning or forecasting experience in a CPG environment.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and Power BI.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
