We are hiring a people-oriented Customer Specialist our sales and customer engagement team. This is a customer-facing, in-person role focused on delivering tailored solutions in wireless, cellular, and connectivity services.
If you’re driven, people-oriented, and motivated to succeed in a performance-based environment, this is a strong opportunity to build a long-term career in sales. No prior experience required—training is provided.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers directly to recommend wireless and connectivity solutions
- Manage the full sales process from initial interaction through closing
- Build rapport and deliver a consultative, customer-focused experience
- Maintain relationships through follow-up and ongoing support if necessary
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional products or services
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall sales performance
