Position Overview

THE ASSOCIATE SERVICE SPECIALIST plays a critical role in an emerging area of our business and is integral to our mission to revolutionize the pharmaceutical industry’s approach to physician engagement. Working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, you will visit physicians’ offices in an assigned territory—including the Bronx metro area—providing pharmaceutical resources and building long-term relationships. You will support HCPs as their primary contact, operate in aservice-oriented selling model(focusing on influence sales rather than hard closing) and continuously develop your product knowledge through ongoing training and certification.

Training starts immediately:Virtual training from Wednesday, July 30th – Friday, August 1st, followed by in-person training in Philadelphia from Monday, August 4th through Friday, August 8th (travel provided at our expense).

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer business objectives and support HCPs as their primary contact
  • Operate ethically in accordance with company policies and processes
  • Master and continuously update product information through training and certifications
  • Manage a territory by calling on a range of HCPs and executing customer call plans
  • Distribute and manage resources within provided guidelines
  • Develop and maintain in-depth market and customer knowledge
  • Establish and nurture high-quality customer relationships
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and maintain accurate activity reporting
  • Adhere to all company and industry guidelines and compliance regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively achieve results
  • Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic
  • Must reside locally within the assigned territory and possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Proficiency in using business technology
  • Core competencies: Action Oriented, Problem Solving, Priority Setting, Intellectual Horsepower, Drive For Results, Dealing With Ambiguity

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary:$50,000 per year
  • Company Car Program:Option to choose a company car (with fuel, maintenance, and insurance fully paid) or use your own vehicle with a monthly car allowance of $500 plus mileage reimbursement at $0.25 per business mile (vehicle insurance and maintenance are your responsibility under the reimbursement option)
  • Bonus:Up to 10% of salary annually
