Job Description

Position Overview

Join our lean, high-impact IT team as an IT Helpdesk/PC Support Technician. In this role, you will support internal users through various channels—including in-person, phone, and a ticketing system—while managing user accounts, hardware, and assets. You will gain hands-on experience with tools such asMicrosoft Azure,Intune,Identity Governance & Security,Copilot AI,Defender,Purview,DevOps,SQL, andFortinetamong others, and engage with the challenges of global IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage help desk and support requests through a ticketing system, in person, and via phone
  • Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Oversee on-boarding, off-boarding, and maintain user accounts and hardware
  • Provide support for audio and video conferencing equipment
  • Maintain and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
  • Perform additional duties as required

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
  • Experience with Windows operating systems, including Windows 11 and Windows 10
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and Office applications
  • Familiarity with email services such as Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
  • Knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS, Android) and computer peripherals
  • Understanding of conference room hardware technologies, including Lifesize and Microsoft Teams
  • Familiarity with audio/video conferencing and scheduling concepts
  • Experience with VoIP systems (e.g., ShoreTel/Mitel) and related administration
  • Basic networking skills for troubleshooting
  • Experience with IT ticketing or helpdesk systems
  • Proven experience in an Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Hybrid environment
  • Familiarity with Windows Group Policy Objects (GPO)
  • Knowledge of Intune/Endpoint Manager support and Autopilot is a plus
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize issues effectively
  • College diploma or university degreein computer science or a related field, or 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware and software fundamentals
  • A+ certification, MCP, MS-900, and AZ-900 certification(CCNA certification is a plus)
