LPN for Georgia Regional Hospital - Full Time 12 Hour Shifts

Position Overview

Georgia Regional Hospital through Whitestone Healthcare is hiring immediately for a Long-Term Placement LPN at their facility located at 1915 Eisenhower Drive, Savannah, GA 31406. This role involves providing quality patient care while working under general supervision. Compensation: $31 an hour (paid every Friday), with insurance available for full-time employees (minimum 30 hours/week). The position requires working 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day and night shifts, including every other weekend, one major summer holiday, and one major winter holiday. Orientation is held on the 1st and 16th of every month (or the next business day if these fall on a weekend/holiday).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care, treatment, and general welfare to patients.
• Perform nursing duties within assigned areas and shifts, including lab work and health screenings.
• Supervise others as needed and work with moderate latitude for independent judgment.
• Adhere to all facility, agency, and unit policies and procedures.
• Assist the RN Supervisor with on‑the‑job nursing instruction.

Required Qualifications

• Must pass a drug screen and fingerprint check.
• At least 1 year of LPN experience (in psych, nursing home, and/or corrections settings).
• Proficiency in Med Pass procedures.
• Active Nursing License is required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Current TB screening (if TB positive, a chest X‑ray is required).
• Current Flu shot (Medical and Religious waiver available).
