Restaurant Brands International Inc., one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies, is seeking a Junior Sales & Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Team at Burger King in Zug, Switzerland. In this role, you will support our marketing strategy by analyzing regional sales, profit, product mix, and consumer insights data across business segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support our field team with local analyses, including preparing local DMA marketing meetings.
• Analyze topline (sales and traffic) and profit results across our restaurant base.
• Create effective tracking reports for market tests and local initiatives.
• Present performance deep dives to senior leadership.
• Implement analytics tools to support field analyses.
• Train the field team on analytical processes.
• Support action plan development and follow-up processes for the field.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in data-related marketing, finance, or consulting.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and planning skills to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• Knowledge of SQL and Power BI is an additional advantage.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland without work permit sponsorship.
